The laser cutting machine operates by energizing a laser tube, which emits a high-intensity beam directed through a laser head. A focusing lens within the laser head concentrates the beam to a pinpoint, generating intense heat capable of vaporizing materials upon contact. An air exhauster removes the vaporized material, enabling precise cutting. The CNC Laser Cutting Machine boasts a spacious work area of 1500×3000mm.
Functions and Features:
1. Utilizing the Wuhan Optical Valley Raycus 500W fiber laser, our system delivers exceptional cutting precision and speed.
2. The Wuhan Raycus laser power system is paired with a professional CNC laser cutting motion control system, ensuring optimal performance.
3. Our heavy machine gantry CNC table features an advanced ball screw drive system, with an effective work table size of 1500 ×3000mm.
4. Equipped with original Panasonic servo motors and high-speed ball screws on silver rails, our machine boasts a repeat positioning accuracy of ± 0.02mm and cutting precision of ≤ ± 0.08mm.
5. Our cold refrigeration system ensures temperature stability of ± 0.5 °C, with over-temperature protection and environmentally friendly water-cooling.

Following the contract agreement, ABK Technology will proceed with the design and manufacturing of the equipment in strict accordance with the customer's specifications. The customer is required to conduct comprehensive testing of the equipment against all technological standards at ABK Company. Upon completion of installation and testing, both parties will jointly assess the equipment's feasibility, stability, and reliability against the agreed-upon standards.
