CNC Water Jet Cutting Machine

This CNC water jet cutting machine, also referred to as a CNC waterjet cutter, is designed for high-velocity, high-pressure cutting of both metal and non-metal materials. It is capable of cutting materials such as titanium alloy, copper, aluminum, cast iron, granite, marble, ceramic tile, chemical fiber, lumber, cloth, paper, and plastic. The machine finds applications in various industries including mining, automotive, paper, food, art, and architecture.

The key components of the machine include an intensifier pump, cutting table, CNC system, auto sand delivery system, de-ionized water device, and water cooling tank. The CNC system utilizes an EVOC brand industrial personal computer, specialized waterjet cutting software, and an Omron brand PLC instead of relays.

This CNC water jet cutter is characterized by its low noise operation, lack of pollution, high precision, reliability, absence of dust generation, high cutting efficiency, and minimal heat deformation.
