Wind Tower Welding Line

Wind tower welding line, also known as a wind turbine tower production line, is specifically designed for submerged-arc welding of the outer circular seam of wind power generator tower poles. It features a cantilever structure and can incorporate multiple single cantilever structures to create a welding workstation capable of multi-pass welding, significantly increasing welding efficiency.

The main components of this wind tower welding line include a bending machine (rolling machine), CNC cutting machine, welding equipment, welding rotator set, and sandblasting and painting turning rolls.

Key Points in Wind Tower Production:

1. The single-stage wind tower tube has a cone shape, with similar diameters at the top and bottom. Therefore, users must carefully control the feeding of the main steel plate.

2. Welding deformation between the flange and the tower tube must be closely monitored and controlled.

3. Special attention should be given to the matching and welding of the tube's ring collar, as each stage of the tower is long. Ensuring proper straightness accuracy not only guarantees structural integrity but also enhances welding efficiency.

Turning rolls with mobility are installed to aid in the sandblasting and painting of tower tubes. These painting turning rolls feature middle-concave roller wheels that support flanges, facilitating the painting process. The motors are designed to be anti-explosive and dust-proof.
