Gantry Welding Machine

The gantry welding machine is a highly utilized piece of welding equipment, typically employing submerged arc welding processes. During operation, the workpiece remains stationary while the portable frame moves. The gantry frame is equipped with frequency timing, with welding torches situated at every two groups of guiding columns on the beam.

An essential component is the electric dynamo drive used for adjusting vertical shifting. Additionally, manual adjustment devices are included for horizontal shifting, along with a leading arc device for mechanical tracing of the welding seam. These features significantly enhance efficiency, as the machine automates flux recycling and reduces labor requirements.
